A hospital needed a patient booking system that had to work on day one, because real patients were going to use it. Not a pitch deck. A system.

Build for daily use
The test of a hospital system is whether the staff actually use it every day. We designed the booking and admin flows around that, not around a feature list.
Stay reachable
When something needs fixing there is no ticket queue. The doctor has the builder on WhatsApp, and a fix is a conversation.
