Qatar's premier wellness destination had a site scoring 39 on PageSpeed. For a property selling calm and quality, a slow, janky site contradicts the brand before a guest reads a word.

Fix the load, then keep it fixed
We did the performance pass for free to start, as a show of good faith. Image compression, caching, and a cleanup of what was blocking the first paint.
Stay on as the team
