A hotel website that takes
direct bookings.
Someone messages your Instagram at 11pm about a room for the weekend. You reply after lunch the next day. They have already booked on Booking.com, and that platform just took 15 to 25 percent of a guest who messaged you first.
Where the money leaks
You already have the demand. People message you before they book. The booking goes to the OTA because it answered in two seconds and you answered after a meeting.
The 15 to 25 percent commission is the smaller loss. The bigger one is the guest. Book through an OTA and the platform keeps the email, the phone number, the review, and the next booking. You get a room with a number on it and no way to reach that person again.
So we build the opposite. A guest talks to your hotel, on your number, and stays your guest.
What we built for a boutique hotel
A boutique hotel we worked with crossed 600+ direct bookings through a WhatsApp bot. No ad spend. Not one rupee on Meta or Google.
A guest messages the number they already trust, asks about a room, and gets real availability with a payment link back in under three seconds. After they pay, someone from the front desk sends the first message, so the guest ends up in a conversation the hotel owns. One ongoing thread, not a stranger the OTA rents back every season.
We also run Zulal Wellness Resort in Qatar on WordPress, and took their PageSpeed from 39 to 77.
